available to guests and our collaborators, to guarantee total compliance with the rules provided by the Ministry of Health, for maximum health and hygiene protection and for a high level of safety for all.
The rooms and common area are cleaned and sanitized
thanks also to the use of ionizing machines in the rooms, corridors and common areas, designed to purify indoor air. The Ministry of Health with protocol of July 31, 1996 No. 24482, recognized the use of ozone in the treatment of air and water, as a natural aid for the sterilization of environments contaminated by bacteria, viruses, spores, molds and mites. Since June 26, 2001, the American FDA agency has recognized, validated and certified the effectiveness of ozone.

The washing of the linen is carried out by one of our Company Partners
who scrupulously performs the washing on the centrifugal washers controlled by the ETATRON automatic dosing system with the use of Christeyns products aimed at the treatment of hotel bed linen and the healthcare sector. The final PH on all the linen treated at is always equal to 6.5 / 7.5. Sanitation and sanitization is guaranteed by the use of Peracetic Acid based product (CRIOX 5). This guarantees the quality of washing and compliance with the most restrictive hygiene and contamination regulations in the laundry room. Chriox 5 is a peracetic acid based bleach with activation capacity even at low temperatures (45 °).
